The NDC7002N is a dual N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for low voltage applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 50V, continuous drain current of 0.51A, and a low on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) of 2Ω at VGS = 10V. Packaged in a SuperSOT™-6, it offers superior thermal and electrical performance.
