The NCR100Q-6M is a planar passivated Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) with a sensitive gate, designed for surface mount applications in a SOT-89 package. It supports a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600 V and an RMS on-state current of 0.8 A, making it suitable for interfacing with microcontrollers and low power gate trigger circuits.
