The NB3N3020 is a high precision clock multiplier IC that operates from a 5 – 27 MHz crystal or a 2 – 210 MHz LVCMOS clock source. It generates differential LVPECL and single-ended LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs with selectable frequencies. The device features low phase noise, tri-level select pins for 26 multipliers, and operates at 3.3 V with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
