The NB100LVEP91 is a mixed signal translator designed for unidirectional signal conversion. It features a triple channel configuration capable of translating various input signal levels (LVPECL, LVTTL, LVCMOS, HSTL, CML, LVDS) to differential LVNECL outputs. Operating at a maximum input clock frequency of over 2.0 GHz and a data rate exceeding 2.0 Gb/s, it ensures low propagation delay of 500 ps. The device operates within a voltage range of VCC = 2.375 V to 3.8 V and VEE = -2.375 V to -3.8 V.
