The N24RF64E is a dual-interface RFID/NFC transponder IC featuring a 64 Kb EEPROM. It operates at 13.56 MHz and complies with ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 standards. The device supports both contactless RF communication and I2C interface, with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It offers 2048 x 32 bits memory in RF mode and 8192 x 8 bits in I2C mode, with a data retention of 200 years and a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
