The MUR320SH is a 200V, 3A ultra-fast surface mount rectifier in a DO-214AB (SMC) package. It features a glass passivated chip junction, ideal for automated placement, with a low forward voltage drop and fast recovery time, making it suitable for high-efficiency applications. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compliant.
