The MRT100KP400CA is a glass passivated junction transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high power transient protection. It features a peak pulse power capability of 100,000W on a 6.4/6.9µs waveform, with a reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) of 400V and a maximum clamping voltage (Vc) of 787V. The device is suitable for bidirectional applications and has a fast response time of less than 1.0 ps.
