The MRT100KP350CA is a glass passivated junction transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high power transient protection. It features a peak pulse power capability of 100,000W on a 6.4/6.9µs waveform, with a reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) of 350V and a maximum clamping voltage of 690V. The device supports a peak pulse current of 145A and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C.
