The MRT100KP260CA is a 512V Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high power transient protection in aircraft applications. It features a peak pulse power capability of 100,000W on a 6.4/6.9µs waveform, excellent clamping capability, and a fast response time of less than 1.0 ps. The device is housed in a molded plastic package with glass passivated junction, ensuring reliability and performance under extreme conditions.
