Description
The MMBZ27VAL-Q is a low capacitance unidirectional double ESD protection diode in a SOT23 (TO-236AB) surface-mounted package. It provides ESD protection for up to two signal lines with a reverse standoff voltage of 22V and a peak pulse power rating of 40W. The device features ultra-low leakage current of 5 nA and ESD protection up to 30 kV (contact discharge).
