The MMBZ15VAL is a low capacitance unidirectional double ESD protection diode designed for ESD and transient overvoltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12V, a peak pulse power rating of 40W, and ESD protection up to 30kV. Encapsulated in a TO-236AB package, it is suitable for protecting up to two signal lines.
