The MBRB1060-E3/81 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60 V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 10 A. It features low power loss, high efficiency, and a low forward voltage drop of 0.57 V to 0.70 V. This surface-mounted device is housed in a TO-263AB (D2PAK) package, suitable for high-frequency applications.
