The MBR30H100PT-E3/45 is a dual common cathode Schottky rectifier diode array with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100 V and a forward current rating of 15 A per diode. It features low forward voltage drop (VF = 0.67 V), low leakage current (IR = 5.0 μA), and high surge capability (IFSM = 265 A). The device is housed in a TO-3P (TO-247AD) package, suitable for high-frequency applications.
