The MBR1045-E3/45 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 45 V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 10 A. It features low forward voltage drop (0.57 V at 10 A, 125 °C) and high surge capability (150 A). Designed for high-frequency applications, it is housed in a TO-220AC package.
