Description
The MAX4712EUE+ is a fault-protected, low-voltage quad SPST analog switch with a maximum on-resistance (RON) of 25Ω at +25°C. It operates from a single +2.7V to +11V supply or dual ±2.7V to ±5.5V supplies. The device features rail-to-rail signal handling, fast switching times (tON < 125ns, tOFF < 80ns), and is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels. It is designed for applications requiring robust signal routing and protection against voltage faults.
