The MAX4564 is a low-voltage, dual-supply SPDT analog switch designed for operation from dual ±1.8V to ±6V or single +1.8V to +12V supplies. It features a low on-resistance of 60Ω (typical 40Ω at ±5V) and low power consumption of 5µW, making it suitable for audio, video, and battery-powered applications. The device supports fast switching speeds with tON = 60ns and tOFF = 40ns at ±5V, and offers low leakage currents of 1nA max.
