The MAX306CPI+ is a precision, monolithic, CMOS analog multiplexer with a 16:1 configuration. It features low on-resistance (<100Ω), matched to within 5Ω between channels, and operates with a single +5V to +30V supply or bipolar ±4.5V to ±20V supplies. The device ensures low leakage (INO(OFF) < 2.5nA at +85°C) and fast switching speeds (tTRANS < 250ns), making it suitable for various applications.
