The MAX202ECSE+ is a full-duplex RS-232 transceiver designed for single +5V supply operation. It features integrated charge pump circuitry, high ±15kV ESD protection, and operates at data rates up to 120kbps. The device includes 2 drivers and 2 receivers, with no external charge-pump capacitors required. It is available in a 16-pin narrow SO package.
