Description
The MAX13089EESD+ is a +5.0V, ±15kV ESD-protected RS-485/RS-422 transceiver featuring selectable half/full-duplex operation. It includes fail-safe circuitry, hot-swap capability, and programmable slew rates for data rates up to 16Mbps. The device supports up to 256 transceivers on the bus and operates over commercial, extended, and automotive temperature ranges.
