The MAX11644EUA+ is a low-power, 12-bit, 1-/2-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring an internal track/hold, voltage reference, and I2C-compatible serial interface. It operates from a single supply of 4.5V to 5.5V, consuming only 6μA at a 1ksps sample rate. The device supports both single-ended and differential inputs, with a full-scale analog input range determined by an internal or external reference voltage. It is available in an ultra-tiny 1.9mm x 2.2mm WLP package, suitable for various applications.
