The LT3501 is a dual-channel, constant-frequency, current mode buck converter with integrated 3A switches. It features independent input voltage, feedback, soft-start, and power good pins for each channel, allowing for complex power supply tracking and sequencing. The device operates with a wide input range of 3.1V to 25V and offers adjustable frequency operation from 250kHz to 1.5MHz, achieving high efficiency and low voltage ripple.
