The LSF0108BQ-Q100X is an 8-channel bidirectional voltage level translator designed for open-drain and push-pull applications. It operates at up to 100 MHz for up translation and ≥ 100 MHz for down translation with a capacitive load of ≤ 30 pF. The device supports multiple voltage levels from 0.95 V to 5.0 V, features low standby current, and has 5 V tolerant I/O pins, making it suitable for various applications without the need for a direction pin.
