Description
The LS101A-GS08 is a Schottky diode with a reverse voltage of 60 V and a forward current rating of 30 mA. It features low forward voltage drop (VF at IF = 1 mA max. 410 mV) and low leakage current (IR = 200 nA at VR = 50 V). This surface-mounted diode is housed in a SOD-80 QuadroMELF package, making it suitable for compact applications.
