The LM2660MX/NOPB is a CMOS charge-pump voltage converter designed for inverting or doubling input supply voltage. It operates within a wide voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, providing a fixed output of 100mA with a typical conversion efficiency of 88%. The device features selectable oscillator frequencies of 10 kHz or 80 kHz and utilizes two external capacitors for energy transfer, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.
