Description
The LAN91C96-MS is a Non-PCI Single-Chip Full Duplex Ethernet Controller designed for 10BASE-T applications. It integrates a 10BASE-T PHY and supports a parallel interface in a 100-QFP package. The controller features 6K bytes of on-chip RAM, automatic TX/RX polarity detection, and enhanced power management with Magic Packet technology. It is compatible with various bus interfaces, including Local Bus and PCMCIA, and supports full duplex switched Ethernet for improved throughput.
