Description
The LAN8830 is a fully integrated 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet transceiver designed for IEEE 802.3 applications. It features RGMII interface with 3.3V/2.5V/1.8V tolerant I/Os, auto-negotiation for link speed and duplex, on-chip termination resistors, and energy-efficient modes. The device supports jumbo frames up to 16 KB, Wake-On-LAN, and advanced cable diagnostics with LinkMD. It operates in commercial and extended industrial temperature ranges and is packaged in a 48-pin VQFN (7x7 mm).
