Description
The Microchip LAN8700C-AEZG is a low-power, single-chip Ethernet Physical Layer Transceiver (PHY) designed for high-performance embedded Ethernet applications. It supports both MII and RMII interfaces, operates at 10/100 Mbps, and features HP Auto-MDIX, ESD protection of ±15kV air discharge, and a flexible power management architecture. The device includes an integrated 3.3V to 1.8V regulator, low current consumption modes, and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C for commercial applications.
