The KMB-FMC-EVALZ is an evaluation board designed for interfacing with a range of low-power, high-performance analog-to-digital converters (ADC) from Renesas. It supports 8-bit to 16-bit resolution and sampling rates from 40MSPS to 500MSPS, utilizing proprietary FemtoCharge™ technology. The board features a USB2.0 interface for rapid data transfer and includes an 18Mb FIFO for capturing 1M ADC output samples. It is compatible with Intersil Konverter Analyzer software for comprehensive performance analysis.
