The KAD5512HP is a high-performance 12-bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a sampling rate of up to 250MSPS. It utilizes Intersil's FemtoCharge™ technology and offers a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for configuration. The device supports LVDS and CMOS output formats and operates from a 1.8V supply across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
