Description
The KAD5510P-50 is a low-power, high-performance 10-bit, 500MSPS analog-to-digital converter utilizing Intersil's FemtoCharge™ technology. It features two time-interleaved 10-bit, 250MSPS A/D cores, a single 500MHz conversion clock, and a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for configurability. The device supports selectable LVDS or CMOS output formats and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
