It supports IEEE 802.15.4, Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0, Zigbee, and Thread protocols, making it ideal for smart home and building automation applications. The device features a 2.4 GHz transceiver, 640 KB of embedded Flash, 152 KB of RAM, and an additional 1 MB Data Flash for enhanced storage capabilities.
