The K32W041AM is an ultra-low power, high-performance wireless microcontroller from NXP USA Inc., based on the Arm Cortex-M4 architecture. It supports IEEE 802.15.4, Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0, Zigbee, and Thread protocols, making it ideal for smart home applications. The device features a 2.4 GHz transceiver, 640 KB Flash, 152 KB RAM, and an additional 1 MB Data Flash for enhanced storage. It operates efficiently with a supply voltage range of 2.4 V to 3.6 V and offers various peripherals including ADC, PWM, and multiple communication interfaces.
