Description
The JN5179/001Z is an ultra-low power, high-performance wireless microcontroller designed for ZigBee applications, operating in the 2.4 GHz band. It features an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, 512 kB of embedded Flash memory, 32 kB of RAM, and 4 kB of EEPROM. The device supports Over-The-Air firmware updates and offers configurable transmit power up to +10 dBm. With a very low receive current of 12.7 mA and sleep modes consuming only 0.6 µA, it is ideal for battery-operated devices, ensuring long battery life.
