The JN5168/001 is a highly integrated RF transceiver and microcontroller designed for 802.15.4 ZigbeePRO® applications. Operating at 2.4GHz, it features a 32-bit RISC CPU, 256kB Flash, 32kB RAM, and 4kB EEPROM. The device supports low power consumption with a deep sleep current of 0.12µA and offers advanced features like AES security, multiple network stacks, and a comprehensive set of peripherals for efficient wireless communication.
