The ISOSD61 is a galvanically isolated second-order Sigma-Delta modulator from STMicroelectronics, featuring a 16-bit resolution and a maximum external clock input of 25 MHz. It converts an analog input range of ±320 mV into a high-speed 1-bit digital data stream, ensuring low total harmonic distortion (THD) of -83 dB and a typical signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 86 dB. The device operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and offers high common-mode transient immunity of 30 kV/µs.
