The ISOSD61 is a high-accuracy, galvanically isolated Sigma-Delta modulator designed for converting analog signals into a 1-bit digital data stream at speeds up to 25 Msps. It features a ±320 mV full-scale input range, 16-bit resolution, and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device supports Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) and offers high common-mode transient immunity of 30 kV/µs, making it suitable for demanding applications.
