The IPS4260L is a monolithic high-speed power switch/driver designed for driving four independent loads with a voltage range of 8 V to 50 V. It features programmable current limitation, thermal shutdown, and integrated catch diodes for fast demagnetization of inductive loads. The device operates at a maximum frequency of 250 kHz and is housed in a miniaturized HTSSOP20 package.
