Description
The IPS2050HQ is a high-efficiency, high-side switch IC designed to drive capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads. It operates within a supply voltage range of 8 V to 60 V and supports output currents of up to 2.4 A. The device features low RDS(on) (≤ 50 mΩ at TJ = 125 °C), under-voltage lock-out, and comprehensive overload and over-temperature protections, making it suitable for robust applications.
