The IL 715-3E from NVE Corp is a high-speed, four-channel digital isolator designed for general-purpose applications. It operates at 2500 Vrms isolation voltage, supports data rates up to 110 Mbps, and features a common mode transient immunity of 100 kV/µs. The device is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package and is suitable for a wide temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C.
