The IL4216-X007T from Vishay Semiconductor Opto Division is a high-performance optoisolator with a Triac output, capable of withstanding 5300 Vrms. It features low trigger current of 0.7 mA, high static dV/dt of ≥ 10 kV/μs, and supports load voltages up to 800 V.
