Description
Description
The IL420-X007 is a high-performance optoisolator with a phototriac output, capable of withstanding 5300Vrms. It features low trigger current of 1 mA, high static dV/dt of ≥ 10 kV/μs, and supports load voltages up to 800 V. Ideal for isolating low-voltage logic from high-voltage AC lines, it is suitable for controlling resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads.
