The IL4108-X009T from Vishay Semiconductor Opto Division is a high-performance optoisolator with a phototriac output, capable of withstanding 5300Vrms. It features low trigger current of 2 mA, high static dV/dt of ≥ 10 kV/μs, and supports load voltages up to 800 V.
