The IIS2MDCTR is a high-accuracy, ultra-low-power 3-axis digital output magnetoresistive sensor from STMicroelectronics. It features a ±50 gauss magnetic dynamic range, 16-bit data output, and supports SPI/I2C interfaces. Operating voltage ranges from 1.71 V to 3.6 V, with selectable power modes and a single measurement mode up to 150 Hz. The device includes hard-iron compensation, an interrupt generator, and an embedded temperature sensor, making it suitable for various applications.
