Description
Description
The ICL3237E is a full RS-232 transceiver designed for operation with a supply voltage range of +3V to +5.5V. It features ±15kV ESD protection, low supply current of 10nA in powerdown mode, and supports data rates of 250kbps to 1Mbps. This device includes 5 transmitters and 3 receivers, with a manual powerdown function and an always-active receiver for wake-up capability, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.
