Description
The ICL3222ECAZ is a full-duplex RS-232 transceiver in a 20-SSOP package, operating from +3V to +5.5V with a low supply current of 1µA in power-down mode. It features ±15kV ESD protection, supports data rates up to 250kbps, and is suitable for battery-powered applications. The device includes automatic power-down functionality and requires only four external 0.1µF capacitors for operation.
