The HVLED002 is a high-performance current mode LED driver IC from STMicroelectronics, designed for off-line or DC to DC fixed frequency control schemes. It features a trimmed oscillator for precise frequency control, guaranteed at 250 kHz, and operates up to 500 kHz. The device includes undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and a high current totem pole output stage suitable for driving N-channel MOSFETs.
