The HV2705FG-G is a 16-channel high-voltage analog switch IC designed for applications requiring low harmonic distortion and high-voltage switching. It features integrated bleed resistors, low quiescent power dissipation of 10 µA, and is compatible with 3.3V input logic levels. The device supports a small-signal frequency response of DC to 50 MHz and offers a typical OFF-isolation of –60 dB at 5 MHz.
