The HV2662GA-G is a 24-channel high-voltage analog switch IC designed for applications requiring high-voltage switching controlled by low-voltage signals. It features a 3.3V or 5.0V CMOS input logic level, operates with a data shift clock frequency of 20 MHz, and has a very low quiescent power dissipation of approximately 10 µA. The device supports analog signal frequencies from DC to 50 MHz and provides -60 dB typical OFF-isolation at 5.0 MHz, making it suitable for medical ultrasound imaging and piezoelectric transducer drivers.
