Description
Description
The HV238FG-G from Microchip Technology is a 220V, 16-channel high voltage analog switch IC in a 48-LQFP package. It features HVCMOS® technology, low on-resistance of 22Ω, integrated bleed resistors, and compatibility with 5.0V and 12.0V CMOS logic. The device operates with very low quiescent power dissipation (-10µA) and provides -45dB minimum off isolation at 7.5MHz, making it suitable for high-performance applications in medical ultrasound imaging and non-destructive evaluation.
