Description
The HV232PJ-G from Microchip Technology is an 8-channel high-voltage analog switch IC designed for ultrasound applications. Utilizing HVCMOS® technology, it features low quiescent power dissipation (10µA max), output on-resistance of 22Ω typ., and integrated bleed resistors. It supports DC to 50MHz small signal frequency response and offers excellent noise immunity, making it ideal for medical ultrasound imaging and piezoelectric transducer drivers.
